The next step in analyzing any DOT code proceeds to the Occupational Outlook Handbook. The OOH says:

53-7064 Packers and packagers, hand

Typical Education Needed
No formal educational credential
Work Experience in a Related Occupation
None
Typical On-The-Job Training Needed to Attain Competency
Short-term on-the-job training
2016 Employment
710,800

The next step should focus on the question of full-time versus part-time work.  The O*NET OnLine answers that question:

53-7064 Packers and packagers, hand

Structural Job Characteristics%Response
Duration of Typical Work Week — Number of hours typically worked in one week.
34
Less Than 40 Hours
50
40 Hours
16
More Than 40 Hours
This leaves either 66% as full-time work.

The Occupational Requirements Survey reports that 92.7% of jobs are unskilled. But 15% require light work; 65.4% require medium work; 16% require heavy work.

That leaves 3.6% of the jobs as potentially sedentary or very heavy or some combination thereof.  I assume sedentary for purposes of this discussion.  Putting these data together yields the following cascade chart estimating the number of sedentary, light, medium, and heavy unskilled, full-time jobs in the national economy based on 2016 employment projections (OOH), 2018 ORS, and 2017 O*NET OnLine.

That's the starting point for the number of jobs at each exertional level.  Limitations on sitting for sedentary work, standing/walking for light or medium work will significantly erode the number of jobs even if the limitation is six of eight hours in a day.  Sedentary workers sit continually or almost continually; light and medium workers stand/walk continually or almost continually.
