Barker - 342.657-010 - Occasional Handling and No Fingering

We used the SCO and the aptitudes for dexterity to show that there really are not a significant number of jobs for a person limited to light work (six hours of standing/walking), occasional handling, and no fingering. There is more than one to tackle the problem. We look at barker (DOT 342.657-010) through the O*Net and Occupational Requirements Survey.

Barker (DOT 342.657-010) belongs to amusement and recreation attendants (SOC 39-3091).  Amusement and recreation attendants have irregular or seasonal schedules in 41% of jobs and work less than 40 hours per week in 59% of jobs. We use the O*NET work context reports to prove the point:
